Services, quotes and bookings
- Service scope, timing and price are based on quote/confirmation
- Additional out-of-scope work may incur extra charges
- Customers must provide safe and reasonable access to the property
Cancellations and payments
- Please provide notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Short-notice cancellations may incur reasonable charges
- Invoices are payable under the stated payment terms
Customer responsibilities
You must provide accurate property/job details and disclose known hazards relevant to the works.
Liability and delays
We deliver services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where unlawful. Subject to law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.
