Quotes and work
Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. All work is carried out subject to our standard terms agreed at the time of booking. Prices may be affected by changes to the scope of work discovered on site.
Emergency and 24/7 call-outs may be subject to different terms and call-out charges, which will be confirmed before work begins.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or that was outside our control.
